This bill made it so taxpayers ages 65+ in Colbert County don’t have to pay property taxes.

This bill exempted taxpayers ages 65+ in Franklin County from having to pay property taxes

This bill limited the cost to reproduce a registered voters list and prohibited certain information from being shared in said list, as well as prohibiting the use of voter data for commercial purposes. That being said, the information kept on the voter registration list that hasn’t been specified as confidential is accessible to anyone who files an application to receive an electronic copy of this list and pays the required fee.

This bill would create a Division of Property Investigations and it would give them a way to investigate what happened when state property breaks or goes missing and if someone is found responsible, make them pay for the loss.

This bill would give officers the authority to impound a motor vehicle when the person driving it has not been issued a drivers license.

This bill would change the cap on increases in the assessed value of real estate property.

This bill would exempt people from the crime of loitering as a masked person if they’re wearing a surgical mask while participating in a protest or other public assembly. It would also allow local boards of education to adopt and enforce mask policies.

This bill would explain a method for filling board vacancies in the Department of Archives and History.

This bill would authorize officers to electronically notify parents of minors who receive a traffic infraction

This bill would make it so if a a student transfers from a crappy school, their academic achievement will not be counted in how their new school is rated for three years following the transfer

This bill was put in place in an effort to protect rural healthcare facilities from closing by making rural hospitals exempt from anti-trust actions (they can’t break up hospital monopolies in rural areas)
